Better to buy the Super Baby Food Book instead. This is just an abbreviated version, not worth it. But her original is great.I use it all the time. Happy with this purchase. Have your baby's pediatrician ok this book before using.I never got this book and by the time I realized it in the madness of my life with a 6 month old there is no recourse for me.the book it ok, just use Pinterest. Felt like I wasted my money.Recipes are for toddlers. Not for babiesThis a great book for parents that need recipes for some nutritious food for their babies. I do not have a baby anymore so I gave this book to a family member. It has lots of recipes she can try with her daughter. So far she is pleased with the book.Starting solids is a big milestone for a child and this book give lots of ideas. I was one of those moms who didnt try making my own foods and regret it. My son is so picky now!I recommend this book to parents with little onesI love the book! This book is full of recipes for baby on up through children. The recipes include full color photos, which I always love in a cookbook. It is also much smaller than the original big purple book, which is handy for using in the kitchen and/or taking around with you when on the go.This is kind of like the Cliff's Notes version of the original book. If you want healthy food ideas for your baby and don't need the massive amounts of information in that book, you can get this book and just put it into action.Or if you are like me and love the massive amounts of information but also love photos for recipes, this is a great addition to the Super Baby Food book you already have.It is very important to me that my son's diet is as healthy and nutritious as possible. I am so excited to be reading Super Baby Cookbook by Ruth Yaron. She has put together a great collection of fabulous and healthy recipes from beginning foods on up for baby. Most are easy, and fairly fast to make. One of the best features is a colored picture of each recipe so you know what your finished food should look like. She also includes a 'extra healthy tip' for most recipes with a great modification you can add to boost the recipe.
