Was a required text book Didn't have an option but to buy it cheap. book arrived on time. In decent condition. Came by mail, was a bit squished. One cannot fully explain the cultural nuances of food in a small book. It just skims the surface. A good introductory book to global cuisine and culture. Will have good memories of the class though, got a lot of food to sample.
